Jeffrey S. London
Principal

Mr. London’s experience includes four years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touché, nine years as corporate treasurer for the publicly held parent of Marvel Comics and Curtis Circulation Co. and two years as CFO for the nation’s largest privately held magazine distributor.  In addition to his strong financial background, Jeff was the President, CEO and co-founder of London Produce, Inc., a bulk storage and processing services provider for growers and food processors. 

Jeff’s diverse hands-on experience includes:

• Designing and evaluating financial packages and presentations to lenders and equity investors
• Assessing economic values and operational performance of companies and their business units
• Acting as financial advisor to shareholders and lenders

Jeff has a BBA in Accounting from the Baruch School of Business of The City University of New York and completed the MBA program in finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. London, a former CPA, has been a member of the AICPA, the New York State Society of CPA’s, the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and a director of the California Olive Association.
