Mr. Strongin has both owned and managed at senior management levels food processing and agribusiness companies since 1968.  Specific experiences include participation in the acquisition, operation and/or divestitures for employers or clients of various processing businesses or divisions including: Lady’s Choice Foods, Glidden –Durkee (Pickle Division), Arden Mayfair (manufacturing),  Vlasic Foods (asset sale), and Ehmann Olive Co. (asset acquisition).  Mickey is additionally co-founder of London Produce, Inc. 

Mr. Strongin’s applied capabilities comprise:

•   Assisting clients on acquisitions and corporate restructurings
•   Application and implementation of strategic and tactical turnaround plans
•   Acting as crisis advisor/manager
•   Asset valuations
•   Identifying and implementing asset sales and business unit liquidations
•   Valuation of and assistance to troubled companies both in and outside Chapter 11

Mickey attended Los Angeles State College.
