Mr. Perry possesses nearly 50 years of Food Processing expertise and impressive turnaround management credentials. Notable turnarounds include Rooca Bella Olive Co-op and several under performing divisions of major food conglomerates including Early California Industries, Fairmont Foods, and Cal Agra Industries.

Bill is the President and CEO of his most successful turnaround, Girard’s Salad Dressings (GFF, Inc.) Since Bill took over the company on the brink of bankruptcy,  GFF has been honored as one of the “100 fastest growing inner city companies in the United States” by Inc. magazine and as one of the “100 fastest growing privately held companies in Los Angeles" by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Bill received his B.S. in Food Science from the University of California, Berkeley & his MBA from the University of Southern California.
